I had a background in tech, and like many others, I thought the only way to build a successful career in the industry was through software development. So, I did what everyone else was doing—I learned to code.
But the more I got into it, the more I realized… I hated it.
Staring at lines of code all day—it wasn’t what I imagined for my future.
That’s when I discovered Business Analysis—a career that allowed me to stay in the tech world but focus on problem-solving, strategy, and working with stakeholders instead of writing code.
I went from feeling lost and frustrated to building a thriving career as a Business Analyst in Canada. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across Wealth Management, Insurance, FinTech, Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, and Telecom, leading multi-million-dollar projects as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Team Leader. Along the way, I earned globally recognized certifications, including CBAP, PMP, CSPO, CSM, and A-CSPO, and completed my Master’s in Computer Science.
